This Workbook is to be used alongside the Trauma-Informed Organisation e-learning videos. It supports the learning content of the videos, with additional information from research and practice in Wales, the UK and internationally.
As we have aimed to avoid duplication of existing resources, recommended pre-learning is included in the Workbook.
There are reflection and learning exercises in each chapter, that build upon the themes and areas of development.
In Chapter 5 there are several worksheets and exercises to support the planning and implementation of a trauma-informed approach in your organisation. These could be completed individually in sessions with your staff, or with clients or service users.
The Workbook also contains a list of useful organisations, relevant work by individual’s, websites and resources, some of which are included in the training.
