Home-Start Cymru- A Spotlight Series

This report outlines the work of Home-Start Cymru; a charity which provides emotional and practical support to families in need across Wales using a non-judgmental, compassionate and strengths-based approach which is built on trust. This case study shows how the NYTH/NEST Framework which underpins Home Start’s approach, is aligned to the values and principles of the Trauma-informed Wales Framework - which together are working to build and sustain a strengths and children’s rights-based, whole system approach to mental health and wellbeing for children, families, Home Start Cymru’s volunteers and workforce.
